Registration

Confirmation

Normal registration: Each participant will receive an email notification confirming their registration has been successful, this will arrive after payment has been received.

Discounted registration: Participants registering for discounted tickets will receive an email confirmation confirming their registration has been received but is not yet confirmed. Once the team have approved the discounted registration, an invitation to pay will be sent to the participants email.

Ticket/Badge

Participants ticket/badges will be sent to the registered email address, in a separate email, closer to the date of the event.

If you added on free transport, you will receive a separate email with information regarding how to redeem your free transport.

Network Event

The networking event is not included in the registration fee. If participants would like to attend the event, there is an add on fee of 25€
